Hey guys, I'm interested in making sure that I lose weight as fast as possible while still making sure I get enough protein and such. So I'm tempted to try a few weeks of the meal replacement plans they have. My question is, will this give me everything i need to keep me out of a stall? Thanks!

i don't know about the plans but you'll drop no matter what for 6 months or so. slower for the next 6. just my humble opinion but if you eat right and keep up with the protein, water and exercise, everything will fall into place and you'll lose like crazy. mostly keep exercising and drink water. good luck.....Carbonblob

It may be better to do things on your own.  One of the changes that you are going through will be behavioral.  You are essentially learning to eat all over  again.  If you follow a meal replacement plan, you will not be learning the new behaviors you will need to maintain yourself for the long term. You will definately lose weight no matter what you do.  Good luck.

Thanks guys. I hear ya, I'm just in a hurry, the weight loss has been kind of slow (been having trouble working out) and I know there is a sweet spot for weight loss. Of course I'm working on the work outs, started using resistence bands, and I've even started seeing a hypnotherapist to help me motivate myself. I figure the job search has been getting me down and depleting my motivation overall. Have you noticed that people completely judge you on interviews when your fat? I swear there have been 3 jobs that were made for me that I didnt get and I cant see any other reason. Ahh well, thanks guys.

Aaron, Congratulations of 4 Months Today!! Keep at it! It Does often feel that it’s Just Not Fast enough!! But, by the end of the year you’ll be amazed. I’m not so sure about the ‘Meal-Replacement" systems. Perhaps because they may support an "All or Nothin’ Diet Mentality." Just keep adjusting your food choices toward more healthy for Long-Term Life. New Habits established Now, Will make the 4 years from Now part Much easier! Habits will work when everything else is forgotten….. Hang in there with the job search! The "Perfect One" maybe just around the corner. Best Wishes- Dx
