Hi Dx,

Everyone has probably seen this from my previous posts. It is an unsponsored weight training and bodybuilding FAQ site:

http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/index.html this site has it all. read about routines, suppliments, training over 40 or just read articles and watch videos of exercises. this is the place i go to. learn about protein, creatine and other supps. also, there's a million work outs for you to choose from. variations on exercises. topics on mental focus. lots of video and pics to inspire you. lots of training pics to show you good form too. you can spend hours a day at this site just learning about sports, lifting, mental fitness and health. enjoy......Carbonblob

Best advice I ever got is:  Just Do It,...do something; walk jog, lift, bike, swim; doesn't matter. The journey of 1,000 miles begins with the first step.   Pick something that fits your lifestyle and start. And its OK to participate or switch activities without becoming an Olympic gold medalist. Having a work out buddy is a great thing but like eagles, to soar above the crowds,...er um clouds, we must be willing to fly alone.
