SF Popsicles

For all you folks who like SF popsicles I found a brand at Sam’s club that are the best that I have ever tried. Swirl pops from Philly Swirl. They come in 3 assorted flavors Blackberry & Cherry Swirl, Orange & Marshmallow Swirl, and Cherry & Watermelon Swirl. There are 40 in a box for $7.42. They have 10 cal, 4g carbs,1g fiber, and 3g sugar alcohol. Sam’s also has a few flavors of De Vinci SF syrups in the 750 ml bottles for $4.12 or less. I use it in my protein mixes and it makes them so much better to drink. Just thought I would share. I will try and enclose photos but I don’t know if they will show up.

Alan, About a year and a half ago, the OH Boards went Crazy over posts about ‘Philly Swirls.’ The owners/founders of the stuff even posted "thankyou’s" to the site here (on Main Board) They have all sorts of products-- http://www.phillyswirl.com/newsletter/vol3/newsletter3.cfm It was "All the Rage!" for around 3 months before the Gals calmed down and stopped posting- "I can’t get Philly-Swirls in my area!!" "Got an E-mail from 'Max & Alex!!'"  (the owners of P-swirl) "I’m eating NOTHING BUT Philly Swirls!!" "Shut-Up already about the Philly-Swirls!" and on and on and on and on and on…..

They ARE great. Also keep an eye out for "Sugar-Free Two-Fruity" Pops (Kroger item) And the Popsicle Brand- Diet Dr. Pepper Popsicles….Killer!! Thanks for the info for those who missed the past hysteria! And reminder for those of us Old-farts…

Best Wishes- Dx

Hey Dx,  Well, I guess our tastes are a little bit different. I went out and bought the trio Crush orange, Diet Pepper, and Diet whatever else it came with. I loved the Crush orange, but the Diet Pepper and the other one lacked much to be desired. Maybe I'll check out these SF Two-Fruity Pops. While I'm at, I think I'll look into some Philly Swirls. There's no need to send the "Ron, everyone has different tastes...."  Have a great one!  Ronnie

Paul, a fellow Popsicle Coinsure! I like the Banana ones too…. Because they are less “sweet-tasting” overall. Now here’s the – “You’re Way Too into these Popsicles” info… It’s the texture of the “ice particles” in the banana ones… Same as the “SF Two-Fruity.” Smaller ice crystals in the process when they are ‘quiescently frozen.’ more slushy-satiny texture, less icy.  Like solid sorbet as opposed to hard snow-cone. Yeah, WAY TOO Many popsicles over the last 3 ½ years. I still go through a box a week, maybe more when it’s hot. Glad to know I’m not alone in the Love of Popsicles…. (it was like ‘my dark secret’) Best Wishes- Dx
