Howdy fellow losers, I seem to be stuck at 180 lbs at 16 months past RNY. But that is better than the 387 I weighed before. My only complaint is my now flabby arse doesn't give me enough support. Stay Well fellas. Woody

Hey Guys Normally I weigh in on Monday Morning, but I got on the scale today so I could post here. Starting Weight - 326 10/1/06 Surgery Day - 303 10/25/06 Last Week - 227 Today - 224 Total Loss 102lbs Have a great week!!!! Chris

Starting weight/Day of Surgery - 525 Last week - 345 This week - 340 Down 185 in a little over 8 months. Running as fast as I'm able towards the 200 pound loss mark.

I've never done this before, but since I haven't posted any progress for a while, I thought now might be a good time to check in. Pre-Surgery High:  438 Surgery Weight 9/25/06: 405 Current weight: 297: I've gone from a 56 waist pant and 4X shirt to a loose 46 inch waist pant and a comfortable 2X shirt. I'm 6'3" tall. I've been working out almost every day doing a lot of cardio and some weight training. I'm working my self towards being able to learn to rock climb from a friend in the spring. Hopefully I'll be able to do at least one pull-up by then. I also have a goal of climbing Mt Adams here in Washington state in August with the same friend. I'm really enjoying my more active lifestyle. My weight loss has slowed down quite a bit the last month, but I know i'm putting on a lot of more lean mass, so I think that the fat and muscle are switching places a lot. I've been using a protein drink called "Amplify" that I bought from GNC that works great. a 12 oz serving has 40 grams of protein in it and 320 calories. I have about two of those per day. I think I barely get all my water in and I usually get the vitamins in.
