Sunday Weekly Weigh-In
I've never done this before, but since I haven't posted any progress for a while, I thought now might be a good time to check in.

Current weight: 297:
I've gone from a 56 waist pant and 4X shirt to a loose 46 inch waist pant and a comfortable 2X shirt. I'm 6'3" tall.
I've been working out almost every day doing a lot of cardio and some weight training. I'm working my self towards being able to learn to rock climb from a friend in the spring. Hopefully I'll be able to do at least one pull-up by then. I also have a goal of climbing Mt Adams here in Washington state in August with the same friend. I'm really enjoying my more active lifestyle.
My weight loss has slowed down quite a bit the last month, but I know i'm putting on a lot of more lean mass, so I think that the fat and muscle are switching places a lot.
I've been using a protein drink called "Amplify" that I bought from GNC that works great. a 12 oz serving has 40 grams of protein in it and 320 calories. I have about two of those per day. I think I barely get all my water in and I usually get the vitamins in.
