i ma kinda having the same issues. i have lost about 240 pounds, most of it in my upper body. i can see my collar bone and ribs now. but my lower half, especially my thighs are still bigger than i think they should be. i'm a weeble-wobble. i have also wondered what exercise would help out my legs.
