Neat Site - protein and calorie calculator
This is a neat site that shows how many calories are recommended for you by entering a few things. It also has a protein suggestion at the bottom.
I have no idea where they get their info and if it iscorrect or not.

I checked out the link. It says I should be taking in 151 grams of protein per day. Currently, I average about 90-110 per day. My goal weight, it said, is 209 lbs. I'm 6'3" tall, I think that I would look I'm dying at that weight. I guess whoever goes to the site should definitely take the information given with a grain of salt. My opinion.
