I guzzle water down all day long.
(8 to 10 of those 16oz bottles)
A little less when it's cool, toward the top when I'm more active.
If I go over an hour with out drinking something, I'm super thirsty.
I don't have any Bloodsugar issues and never have
but folks with unstable blood sugar levels often complain about intense thirst.

oh yah man im sitting there minding my own damm bus next thing i know thirst is knocking you go and answer and the ******* just wont shut up you feed it and feed it and the next thing you know your dumping and that hurts you know its just a craving but its hard your bodys starving and it just doesnt know any better we are all fighting i used to drink aprox 3 or 4 gallons a day no joke i was ******g so much and i still never felt empty just sip steady and slow and you mite be ok good luck

Water is a good thing and I'm not sure if there is such a thing as too much of it. If the problem persists for too long, I would give a healthy shout out to the doctor man to be sure you are not dehydrated. I can imagine you are ******g like a
