Very sweet! Soriano does look good in those Cub duds. Hope he can avoid the injury bug and put together successful seasons at Wrigley.

Dan, I'm determined to hit the 50 miles this month.  If I increase 25 miles again this month like I did last month, I should hit the 50 miles with no problem....maybe even get to 60 miles.  That's the plan anyway.   Thanks for keeping the challenge alive.  It sure helps me stay motivated.  Your spreadsheet has really helped too. Hi Guys! Ok, I'm in.....I've been starting back at the gym in order to facilitate my pre-op weight loss, so this kind of accountability will help keep me even more honest! This first time out, I'll shoot for 50 miles of walking/elliptical/treadmill/stationary biking. This'll be fun! Bill

Dan ,
You can count me IN this month brother!!! I'm hitting the gym this weekend and I just recently came across another option as well, so I definitely IN. I'm goona go low this month since it is my first month and I have been dormant for so long. That combined with the really bum knee that's been acting like a real mo-fo lately, I don't wanna pu**** I'm gonna set the bar at 31...1 mile for each day and if I pass it...cool! Then I can shoot for the 50 next month. Glad to be on board for a change.

Troy

I CAN CHANGE, I WILL CHANGE, AND I WILL BE HAPPY WITH WHO I AM.

Take it easy on your knee Troy. You want to move, but don't over exert. You may have to reign yourself in for a bit until it starts feeling better. It took a few months for my joint pain to really go down and I know that you've had a problem with your knee for awhile. Get a good sweat going for 15-20 and then do it again the next day or day after. As your knee feels better you can go for longer/faster. Glad to have you on board!
