Good Thursday morning everyone! Time to rise and shine. Gotta spray dem pits and eat dem grits! Ya'll get up. I hope everyone had a good nights rest. Tonight I will be sleeping on my OWN bed! WOO HOO!! Can you tell I am excited? Torey said he can't wait to be back in his own room. I'm sure he can't. We've been cooped up together for a month now. Our challenge today is to write down everything you eat for the day. EVERYTHING! Then, before you go to bed, look at your list. What were the good choices? What were the bad? Are you on focus to get to goal? To stay AT goal? Are you making choices that could make you gain weight? I challenge you to do this today. EVERYDAY. This is a challenge for myself also. Make that list today. Let's stay focused! Who's up? What cha sipping on? Me? Nothing yet but I am about to go make some breakfast blend coffee by Milestone. Gotta get that cup a joe! I hope you have a blessed and wonderful day today! MAKE THAT LIST!

Good Morning Randall I am so glad that you are getting back to sleeping in your own bed.   I really like and need your challenge for today. I was up early this morning at 5:30 AM and have my large mug of instant folgers decaf coffee with equal and sf carmel creamer.  I am about ready to go have a refill since my cup is about empty. Have a very blessed day and pass on my love to Torey and Allison. Dan

Randall, Nothing beats your own bed.    I use a web site each day where I log my food intake, my daily activities etc.  It shows me each day my calories in/out....nutrition facts etc.  Believe me, it keeps me honest. The site is www.FitDay.com. drjco
