Hello Gentlemen...  Well, yesterday afternoon I had a doctor's appointment with my surgeon for my monthly follow-up.  Due to quick and somewhat continued weight loss, I have had month to month to month appointments.  Well, I have been given a totally clean bill of health.  He is impressed withthe fact that I have stayed at 163 (ten pounds more then I want) for one month.  Needless to say, he has finally released me.... I won't see him again (unless something comes up****il August (six months from now)...will actually be my two year appointment.  He was quite impressed.  Said that I have lost 108 percent of my body weight.  From 340 to 163.  Of course, today, I join start the gym.  I have new work-out pants, a new shirt, and new sneakers.  I may not know what I am going to do...or what I am doing...but I will look great!!!  lol.  Thave a great day guys...and continued success to you all......

Daniel, That's great news!  You're a true inspiration.  I have recently bought new exercise gear, including new running shoes.  I'm not as courageous as you and only work out at home, but I'm enjoying my new treadmill immensely.  Looking forward to better weather so I can start running outside.  Good luck on your program. Way to go Daniel.  You have surely made the WLS tool work for you.  You have the results to prove that your effort has paid off. Good luck at the gym.  I am like Floyd and have my gym at home.  Now if I get my back taken care of I can start to use it again.  I have a tread mill, recumbant bike, total gym unit and to relax I have a spa.  I can't wait to be able to get out there and make use of my investment.
