exercise
Actually foods and training methods are said to help. Eating flax and later, nuts. Also, using heavy weights (3-5 reps to failure), compound vs. isolation exercises, and resting 3 minutes between sets are supposed to do it. Be careful though, your testosterone could get *too* high. Might be good to get free testosterone tested.

As you start to lose the fat, you testosterone levels should naturally come up. Fat stores estrogene hormones, hence the reason that most men that have WLS feel like they are PMSing for the first 3 or 4 months. If they don't come up by themselves there are several products on the market that claim to raise testosterone levels...unfortunately they are like Weight loss pills...they really just dont' work. It is very easy though to get your levels up....go to your PCP, and he can give you testosterone patches or a gel you rub on your chest a couple of times a day. If that fails, you can get injections. They have to be done about once a month. Scott
