If I shop the perimeter in the supermarket than how do I get to my favorite chips half way down the chip and soda istle? Huh. Answer that one. While I have everyone here (putting Dx in the subject line is a guaranteed draw), I was thinking about going back into ketosis to shed my remaining 20ish lbs. First of all is this a good idea at 15 months out and secondly, if so, how many carbs do I want to stay under. I think I remember it being in the 30 range. Thanks. Scott
I was reading the other day that the number of calories you can take in on a low carb diet is actually not unlimited. On average, if you are eating under 20 grams of carb, you can still only take in about 300-350 more calories daily and still lose weight.
So if you eat a lot of cheese or nuts or other delicious stuff like that, you'll probably not only retain a lot of fluid from the salt content, you're also like to plateu. Another memory I have was that I was drinking a lot of diet soda.
