Congrats on what's about to be the new you! We're all here if you need us. Keep checking in and let us know what's happening, never know it might help some others, or scare them.  Seriously though, take it easy and soon you'll have the bod you've always wanted .

I know it will be nice to be able to shed that extra skin! Not sure how much you've lost, but it looks like well over the 200 lb range. Good work! (and we all know how much work it takes!)

Work is definetly the right word.   Anyone who says this is easy is nuts.  Thank-you so much, but it has only been about 150 pounds.......looking forward to losing more tomorrow! Thanks, Alan

Sorry, I'm bad at "head math". I have such an active imagination that I come up with completely different figures. 150 is also a phenomenal loss!
