Jay, Dude, you must be a rail! We had the same starting weight, but I'm "only" down to 222 today and I'm two years out. How tall are you? (6'5" here).  Joe

Hey Joe (always loved that Hendrix piece) I'm 6 feet even. Stick a fork in me...I'm done. I exceeded my expectations. 222 @ 6'5 is perfect...no? We deserve a pat on the back--it's much easier to reach now. All the best. Jay

Good Morning Friends Had a great week this week.  I have been out of town for the last 3 weeks and will be for two more weeks, but I am still managing to workout 5 days a week and eating right.  Although to be honest I have been falling a little short on my protein goals. 1st Consult          469 Day of Surgery     439 Last Week            357 This week             352 Another 5lb week.  Hell Ya.  Also I gotta buy some smaller jeans again.  It seems like each pair lasts 3-5 weeks before they look like clown pants.   Went snowmobiling in the Adirondacks yesterday and could not have done that this time last year.  Feels great.  Looking forward to reading about everyone's progress.  If you have not weighed in with us before, today would be a good day to start.

Hi Guys, Another good week, I thought I was pretty much done losing after 10 months and 217lbs but when I stepped on the scales after my 6 mile walk/run yesterday I was down to 240lbs, it just keeps getting better.  I may yet make 220lbs by April. Only ten more pounds and I'll be half the man I use to be..... Starting Nov. 2005: 460lbs RNY 4/17/2006: 388lbs Last Week: 243lbs This week: 240lbs (-3 lbs) Total Loss: 220 lbs
