Rob,  Your story reminds me of the cartoon of the two vultures sitting in a tree saying "Patience my ass!" From the perspective of time (two years out), I'd say you're doing great. Just remember it took you a long time to put on the weight. In comparison, it's coming off pretty fast, just not fast enough now that you're committed to this program.  Your episode with the Pringles does sound like dumping, so be careful. If you need something to overcome low sugar, at least make it some "good carbs," like a cup of fruit juice. The Pringles were your bod's way of telling you no-no. Even two years out, sugar is my nemesis, which I think is a very, very good thing. It used to be my friend, my weakness, my comfort. I'll still indulge a little bit now and then (small piece of birthday cake, a cookie here or there), but the quantity is much smaller and I'm very careful. From the sounds of things, you're doing fine overall. Don't rush things along too much and remember you're in it for the long haul.  Joe

The answers to these questions are yours to "OWN"... for me thay change all of the time. At this very moment I need to stop skipping meals.. this morning I had rasin bran w/ 1% milk.. for lunch I am having a protien shake.. for dinner.. Light and healthy.. exercise sit-ups and push-ups and stretching.. Take what works for you !!! Kev-
