Pick up something that weighs as much as you have lost and carry it around for 20 minutes. I was moving some of my weights around to the new house. After walking around with 2, 40 pound barbells for a few minutes, I can not believe I was carrying it around all day three months ago.

It is a lot of weight to carry around, not to mention the thousands of miles of capillaries that that weight requires - both together = one hell of a burden on the heart! Congrats!

I'm proud to say I can't carry 200 lbs. Not complaining a bit, actually after losing the lbs I can't lift as much as I used to. But it is a lot easier doing things than before. Woody

I guess that carrying your weights around really made the amount of weight loss really hit home.  Its got to be much easier on you and your body to be rid of the excess.  Congratulations!

The other day I threw a 50 pound bag of feed on my shoulder and carried it to the barn about a hundred yards away.  It got my pulse up a little and I could feel the stress on my legs.  To think that I used to carry more than twice this amount with me 24/7 is almost unimaginable.  I don’t know how I did it.  No wonder I never had any energy.
