"Normal" BMI FART

Thanks, guys. It's true. I'll never be normal. My wife's sister went to a Japanese psychic and she commented on everyone in the family. About me, she said "Kawatta ne", which means "He's sure different!". Maybe the BMI is the only thing about me that will ever be normal.

Best Regards,

Dave

Hey Dave, Woohoo for you! Congratulations are definitely in order. I remember when Buckeye John and I met face-to-face about a year ago, you had just had surgery that week.  Cool dude! Joe

That's right, Joe. I still have that picture of you and Buckeye. How is he doing by the way? Hope he is well.

i wonder about buckeye all the time. i remember he had some demons to chase down and i hope he got the better of them. i sure miss him. i wanted to tell him he was a big inspiration for me to get back into the gym. he could be such a leader along with you for getting people workout routines again. we have to find him somehow but i don't want to disrespect him if he doesn't want to come here for a while. but i sure an curious and hope he returns. i know he works really hard but a line or two sure would be good to see......Carbonblob

Absolutely, CB! It has been several months, at least. I imagine a lot of people go away because it's hard to balance posting with other activities in their lives, but who knows? I really miss his posts.

I'm doing great Dave. Thanks for asking. BMI is 22.9, down from a high of 428 to a current 168 & holding for about two months. I went from 13 prescriptions to one. My only problem now is that some of my previous eating patterns have started re-emerging. I'm not sweatin' it because I stay within my range, but I need to remind myself of my priorities.  Stay well. Wow! Amazing transformation, Jay. 428 to 168. Sounds like you've stabilized and got your head on straight as far as your long term goals.

awesome job!  I can't imagine being in 32.  I was probably in 32 waist in 4th grade last time! ken
