I Am Super Hungry Tonight!!

 Fat Man Oh man I am just super hungry as hell!!  I ate 10 lil legs & now I am having some Chicken Salad Embarrassed  I have been drinking liquids all day,still backed up(I had like 2 gallons, no B.S.) for breakfast I had Protien Bar, lunch - some chicken & I just told yall what I had for dinner.

hey bro, our group therapist said when you encounter this just say, i'll eat less tomorrow. don't beat yourself to death over it. just get on track tomorrow. we all stuff ourselves from time to time. man i get hungry as hell sometimes. as for me, i can't do protein bars, too much like candy for me. anyway, start over tomorrow and have a good one! Bro, you will have days like this.  Stick to the lean protein and you will fill up and feel great.  Don't sweat the how much.  Just be careful in the speed in which you eat when you are that hungry.  I do tend to eat too fast and then throw up if I am not careful.  Of course, then I'm not hungry anymore but that is not the right way to go.

Hunger is not the enemy.  Eating past hunger is.  If you are hungry.. eat. Your body just might be telling you it needs something.  BTW, I have the same problem when I am 'backed up'.  I figure it is my body trying to force the blockage through by filling up all the space behind it :)  BTW, also..instead of looking at how -much- you ate..calculate out the calories.  Dense protein is not that high in calories and sometimes when we think we've pigged out, we really have not.
