start 287# today 145# as you can imagine with all that's happened to me in the past couple weeks i don't even want to eat. so i'm losing again. i'll get my head together soon enough. right now i'm dropping like crazy. i gotta start eating again....carbonblob

All Time high: 440 Day of Surgery: 415 (1.15.2007) Today's Weight: 382 Last Week's Weight: 389 This Week's Loss: 7 lbs. Loss since surgery: 33 lbs (just under a pound a day) Total Weight Loss: 58 lbs.

Been on a 4 week stall/plateau but the nurse at last follow-up said I was loosing too fast and it would slow, it needed to slow and I needed to be OK with it when it did.  I am still doubting I could lose weight too fast for me, but whatever.  I appreciate the weigh-in challenge and sorry I've missed the last few.  I was stuck between 284 - 280. This morning I was 279.0 and feel like things are starting to shift again waist-wise.  Got my first 10K coming Mar 31. Heaviest - 408 Day of Surgery - 374 Current - 279 Lost since surgery - 95 Total Lost  - 129 (and pretty dang happy 'bout that) Surgery - Open RNY 9/26/06 to-date 21 weeks; 5 months on 2/26/07 Goal Weight - 180 lbs Left to Lose - 99 lbs.

Hi Guys: Highest: 320LBS 10/01/2005 Surgery Day: 312LBS 1/25/2006 1/21/2007: 176LBS 1/28/2007: 176LBS 2/4/2007: 169lbs 2/11/2007 169lbs 2/18/2007 171bs This week: +2 Total: 148LBS Feel good about last week. Added protien shakes, skipped few meals, added vitamins and sublingual b12. Light exercise.. Traveling to Baltimore MD. Mon.-Thurs..Will do alot of walking... will keep healthy foods in motel room...
