The Sunday Weekly Weigh-In
This isn't what I want to see!! Track my calories with extreme diligence (last week averaged 1115 per day with 41% protein, 29% carbs and 31% fat); finally went back to the gym and increased my cardio significantly (swimming 500-600m a day for 3 days and adding an additional 1.5 mile walk onto my daily walking routine) and gained weight??? I'm going to assume it has something to do with increasing the exercise and try not to get discouraged or obsess about the gain. 1st consult: 443 Surgery date: 392 Today: 312 Lost: 80 since surgery and 131 total lost to date.
