Howdy Gents. It's time for check-in number 2 for the long short month of February. How are you doing? My stats thus far: Last Month: 144 miles (105 eliptical, 39 stationary bike) Miles through February 7: 21 (18 eliptical, 3 stationary bike) Miles through February 15: 48 (37 eliptical, 11 stationary bike) Total miles February: 69 (55 eliptical, 14 stationary bike) February Goal: 120 (90 eliptical, 30 stationary bike) Percent of month elapsed: 54% Percent of personal goal completed: 57% Percent of 50 mile challenge completed: 138% Having a stronger week working out in spite of the ice event on Tuesday into Wednesday. When I see pictures of upstate New York I count my blessings.  Stronger everyday -Daniel

One thing after another this month. This weeks drama comes in the form of sick wife. With all due respect to February, I hate February.  Glad you're on track as always A.J.

Sorry to have to estimate, but I've done at least 2 miles per day for 20 days straight. It's the 17th here, so a conservative estimate is mile 34 (snow jogging).

Nice to be adding cardio in the mix. I think I'm going to back off my cardio soon and concentrate more on weights. Try to get my stall moving a bit by adding some more muscle. Make sense?
