Rock on my souther Brother.... I was thinking about re-calibrating my scale, I figure the best way is to fly Dave from Japan in, since he knows his weight and body fat down to the nanogram....insert emoticom here...where did they go...... this is really a stinky fart.... Russ

Those are the kind of surprises you like to get................ For myself, I know that the scale at the gym is always at least 3 lbs lower than my scale at home which just continues to motivate me to see that same weight eventually on the home scale.  Not that it matters a whole lot because as long as the gym scales continues to move down so will the home one !!

Dx,  Congratulations on making those extra three pounds go away like magic! If you really want to sound like a lightweight, convert it to kilos: "Yeah, Cuz, I tip the scales at 82 now..." Or even better, you could try the Brits' measurement, stones (1 stone = 14 lbs.): "Yup, I'm down to 13 stone." Best, Joe
