Talkin about my waist size gentlemen!! I like the way that looks. Last May I was wearing 64 BIG pants (never did understand that "BIG" designation added to the sizes at Casual Whale - duh, of course 64 is BIG) and today I put on a pair of 46 jeans that I had stored away - not even tight - perfectly comfortable!!

I'd always heard you could expect your waist size to decrease by 1" for every 10 lbs. you lost - but seem to be ahead of that game as I'm down 18" with 132 lbs. lost. Maybe I really will get back into the 30s!!

hey Steve, nice to see somebody hanging out late too! great job. I went from a 52 to a 32 so I'm here to tell ya, you can get into those 30's if that's your goal. Plus captain winky gets bigger too. Just one of those great bonus points. sounds like from here on out you can just buy pants of the rack. that is so cool! i think most of us just got to the point of hating to buy clothes but once you start getting into the popular sizes it's a whole new ballgame. I really haven't bought a whole bunch of new clothes but it's still a blast to buy the small sizes. keep up the great work......Carbonblob

One of the main things that I learned is to not be surprised by any success that you may have.  I certainly would not count out being in the 30's.  I was thinking that maybe I would get into a 40 pant and a xxl shirt as a pre-op.  Now I am in 34-38 pant depending on the style and a L shirt.  Go for it. Outstanding! 132 lbs is great. Keep it up and I am sure you will get in the 30's.  I am real close to 100 gone. I just started wearing a 46 lately and when I first looked at them I thought there is no way, but they fit. My goal is to get to a size 34 or smaller. I can't ever remember being smaller than a 34. The only good thing is I still have jeans all the way down to a 34.  I bet you have a big stack of clothes  that you will never be able to wear again. I have started one and it is grea****ching it grow. pan head

Hey Steve, it feels great doesn't it? You were concerned about slow weightloss but looked what happened, you were losing inches all the time. Keep up the good work Brother..  ............Also you can ignore the private message I sent you, it means nothing now. .................................................Paul
