I'm sure that somewhere there is a list, but I'd rather just ask. Is there anything on the liquids diet that is NOT SWEET???? I am tired of SWEET jello, SWEET pudding, SWEET protein drinks, etc. I was never a big fan of sweet prior to surgery and this past week, I have about had my fill of sweet. OK, that's the end of my whining for the week.

V-8 Veggie Juice Boullion (Chicken & Beef) Cream of (fill in the blank) soup (Chicken or Mushroom) - be sure to strain. Just a few that come to mind from my recent Full Liquid Diet.... Semper Fidelis!

RNY on 12/11/06 with
Chicken broth. Add Heinz One Carb Ketchup to flavor. Revival Soy makes an unsweetened protein drink. I did not favor it, but you might. Good luck. JP

Dan, I hear you my friend. I found that anything sweet got old real fast. Tomato juice, V-8, broth, and skim milk were my friends for those first few days. May Your Lantern Burn Bright, Paul

Get a batch of homemade vegtable stock together. A little extra pepper on top before you drink it.

Danny, I was the same way.....Sweet was Way Old, Way Fast... SF Dad has my favorites there.... Add some pepper to any of them and enjoy. The Diet Dr. Pepper SF Popsicycles and the SF Banana Popsicycles Are the "least sweet" of the SF Popsicycles.... I liked those best too. Hang in there. You'll be on real food soon... Best Wishes- Dx
