Well as of today I have lost 100 pounds from my RNY surgery day of 11/14/06. With all the medical setbacks I have had I never thought I would hit the century mark so fast. Going from 544 to 444 in just 12 weeks just doesn't seem real, but I will take it. I know I still have a long way to go but this 100 pound loss just motivates me even more. Alan

Alan, Atta boy!!! I bet you feel like a million bucks. Dropping a hundred pounds in less than three months is remarkable. Keep up the good work and you will have dropped a deuce before you know it. May Your Lantern Burn Bright, Paul

Alan, Oops! I meant congrats, ALAN. I glanced at the title while typing and thought "Mark FART" was part of a name. Maybe I should change my own name to Doug TRAF* * TRAF (the anti-fart) = Terrible Awful Ridiculous Fiasco
