Question: Ulcers and Pouch

Hi Greg, I just read Allan's post and that is what would worry me. In a person that has not had WLS worst case they go in and cut out the ulcer, with WLS there is nothing extra to cut away. My dad had stomache cancer and his doctor said it was from ulcers. He of course wouldn't go to a doctor over little stuff, so by the time it was found there was not much that could be done. He was put on prevacid and it did stop the bleeding and help the stomache pain. pan head

myself and my wife have both had rny..my wife has had back problems and they put her on a sublinquial Prednisone that is grape flavored and the dr said that it dosent disolve in the stomach so the risk of ulcers are very low
