Paul-- As a kid (late 60's and early 70's) I was a big Vikings fan. I crashed and burned with you, Alan Page, Tarkenton, Bill Brown, Dave Osborne, Tinglehoff, Yary and the like. I live near Philly so now I crash and burn with the Eagles (still no Super Bowl, only the 4 losses with the Vikes and the 2 with the Eagles ) anyway here are my stats, pretty much unchanged. Highest weight (and current)-- 230 lowest as an adult-- 170 I have my initial consultation on 2/13....may the games begin Sonny

I wish I could say that good nutrition and exercise was the key to my success. NO! I was visiting my sister in south Florida, eating out, not exercising much. When I returned home I had 3 pounds gone. I'm getting back to my routine now though. Regardless, I'm glad for the loss. Ron

Dx, Weighed in at 275 this morning. This is a landmark weight for me, as I am now as low as I have been in at least 5 years. Thanksgiving '06 346 Surgery 12/11/06 322 Today 2/4/07 275 -71 pounds since Thanksgiving -47 since surgery (55 days) Not getting the exercise I should, but rock solid on nutrition. Life has been stressful as of late. I am on a leave of absence from work to help attend to my ailing parents in Florida. We have my Mother in an assisted living center, but my Dad is still with my Brother. I am back in Texas now, but will be heading back to Florida to help with Dad, sell their house, etc. Alzheimer's is a very cruel disease. Last week was the most emotionally exhaustive week of my life. JP
