Topic: 3 week stall????
Ok I really haven't lost anything in about 3 weeks, going on 4. I'm a little worried. What am I doing something wrong?? should I change my eating? Go back to much smaller portions like in the beginnig when I had an ulcer. And on top of that I am now HUNGRY all the time!!! I started eating nuts for munchies then realized how much fat and calories there were! Suggestions welcome for the never ending munchies and how to deal with them please!!

I had a lap-band in 2007 without much progress before it slipped!
I fought for the VSG but my insurance company wouldn't budge!!!
Since 2007 (pre-band) I considered RNY but now, 3+ years later I'm 110% certain RNY is for me!!!
I'm working with the Weight&Wellness program at Tufts in Boston. It's a bit of a drive but I feel it's where I'll get the best care.
From what I've read and heard it's normal to question this life altering decision even when we wake up from anesthesia! It's good though - It means we aren't taking lightly!!!

Topic: RE: Chewable Supplements??
I got a a small bag of Bariatric Advantage samples -- I have yet to try them.
I'd rather take the supplement when I'm able to really think about whether it's going to work for me or not - flavor/texture etc! My samples include one of ea. of the ones you mentioned!
