Yupp, came store.  They were really nice when I went there.  They are a very tiny store, but had some good products.  Pricey ...  They also cater alot to bodybuilders so I was a little disappointed with the selection of protein bars (all the ones I wanted to try were very high in fat/sugar) but I got a couple that were OK for us.  Also check out nashuanutrition.com - they have great stuff and wicked fast shipping.

I liked the people working @ the Dartmouth store - very helpful and were asking about my program and which hospital I was from .. they were great.

Keep up the good work.

Has anyone attended?  Just received a flyer in the mail with their upcoming topics.  The times aren't very convenient, though 4pm-5pm.
Thanks for the replies

SUnday Oct. 23rd @ Boston Common.  9am I believe.  Go to this link and scroll to the bottom.  You will see "The BH20 Bunch" with our names below .. to the right of "The BH20 Bunch" you will see "Join Now" click that and join.  The walk it about 1-3 miles long.  Too easy.  People can donate online; once you sign up (NO registration fee and NO minimum amount raised - so basically this is a free walk.)  I suppose you could collect cash/checks and bring the donations with you the morning of the walk (we were allowed to do this for The Jimmy Fund.)
Just go to the website and look around; all the information is on there

Stall = normal.

Nuts = as long as you do them in moderation (stick to the serving size, usually 1/4 cup) are absolutely fine. The fat in nuts is the "good" kind and is good for our heart.
