I had so much fun and it was nice to meet you as well as the others.   When I got in the car my foot cramped up for most of the ride home, must have danced too much.  I finally had to take my shoe off and stretch my foot out up on the dashboard, what a site lol. 

You gals did a great job organizing the party and I am glad I went.  There was soooooo much food leftover and all of it good too!  Not only did I get my exercise in dancing but I got a good laugh with Chrissy and Kerry's antics on the dance floor.  We should have charged the bar for the show, we could have thrown in a plate of food if they tipped well ROFLMAO.

I checked out the Fitbit online when I got home, that is a nifty little device.  If I get it then next time I can whip mine out and show my flower (that sounds dirty hehe).  Now I know what I may ask for on my holiday wishlist....hello Santa, are you listening? hehe

P.S.  Between Zumba on Thursday and dancing at the party on Friday I dropped almost 2 lbs which brings me 1/2 way to my goal weight - Woot Woot !!!!

Sounds like everything is going great - YAY!! Glad your labs are all good.
I totally hear you on the whole numbers thing .. I am almost 100% sure that my body is done losing weight and it sucks! I am only a year out and feel like I should have at least another 30 pounds to go - UGH!!!!

You are a superstar Julie - always going at it .. those 20 lbs will come for you in no time!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had my six month post op appointment today...apparently I am on track weight wise, my labs are wonderful...
funny though...I thought being sooo overweight...276 at 5'7'' that my weight loss would be more significant....the Dr says that I will probably lose another 20lbs within the next six months....and that I will probably stay there.  The weight loss has been slow lately....don't get me wrong...I am pleased a*****h with my results...65lbs postop and 80lbs total....just feels like it should be more???
Anyhow apparently too much time on my hands at work today for thinking about this  =)
