Where are you? Would Burlington be closer than any of those locations for you? Mine is at Lahey Clinic, 2nd Monday of the month. I'm not sure if they allow people who had surgery elsewhere (I've only been to one meeting), but you could ask, or come with me sometime and we could see if it's a group you could join regularly.
I would also be surprised if Newton-Wellesley hospital didn't have one; they do the surgery there and I would expect them to have a comprehensive program including post-op support groups.

Best of luck on your surgery !!!! Yes, someday we will meet!! haha Not sure if I can make it... all depends if I can get someone to relieve me early at work. Need someone to come in at 430 instead of 530 otherwise I won't make it!

If it helps you at all, I have a support group in Quincy on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 6pm, I host it in my home, I do have a dog and cat and normally have a spread of pouch friendly grub to eat. Let me know if you'd like more information.

I am so happy for you C J. I found that the RNY is the best thing that has ever happended to me (except for getting married, kids and grandkids). But all kidding aside, you will wish you did this years ago.
