Topic: RE: can you take B12sub with calcium?
Yes, my NUT also says to take calcium seperate and at least two hours apart. I take my b12 and multi with breakfast. I take 2 calcium petites at noon with lunch .. then 2 more petites with dinner and then another 2 petites around bedtime.

Vitamin question.....

Can you take your B12 sublingual with your calcium?

real tough to get all calcium in when you have to space it out from your multi and then 1 hour from every calcium pill

Thanks,
Kerry

Thank you! I am definitely feeling much better about things, after working myself up into a frenzy the other day. I'm back to logging my food - WOW. Talk about an eye-opener.

Topic: RE: I just want to feel NORMAL
That is great weight loss!  I'm 7 weeks out and have lost 25 pounds so far so you're all doing great!

I was very blah also until I got back to work and in a normal routine.  Since then I have been too busy mostly to notice my best friend Food is MIA!

I have a big water bottle 32 ounces that I fill with water and crystal light and make myself try to drink 2 of them all day.  It makes it a little easier as I struggle with the water intake also.

Happy Wednesday!

Hi Liana,

I feel so bad about your problem.  I would call and make an appt. with your surgeon.

After all, he should be the one to look at it.  That is what the surgical team is there for.  If you can't get in to see him, see a nurse practitioner who is part of the team.

Keep us posted.
