If you could say ONE thing about . . . . .

I sooooo agree withthe why didn't I do this sooner aspect. I was 44 when I had mine done, I ended up replying to a preop and a non-op at one point and realized I had phrased the question in terms of my surgery but it really is a great question for anyone losing weight regardless of the method used. The question can be easily translated into what are your non-scale goals for losing weight and what would you like people to know about the process you chose to do so? Being healthy and around to for your grandkids are GREAT reasons. Carolyn
