Plastic Surgeons?

Is there a good resource for finding a plastic surgeon? Or does anyone have one they'd like to recommend located in eastern Mass? I have lost 180+lbs. down from 453, have about another 90 or so to go before I get to what I feel is a reasonable weight to begin looking into plastic surgery. I have done this through diet and excerise, not surgery. But the fact remains I will need surgery to correct the skin issue. It's not so much a vanity thing, but the area below my stomach that envelopes my genitals severely limits my ability for intimacy. If any other guys out there have any advice or anyone at all could reccomend some surgeons I could consult with, it would be greatly appreciated. I have medicare/mass health for insurance, btw.
