Anyone Have Info On Using Cigna for Insurance?

Hi Everone: I just finished my 6 months of doctor supervised documentation of weight loss for me. So far Cigna has denied paying for anything even though they are in the plan. Insurance did tell me I could resubmit everything once the surgeon submitts all the paperwork but I'm now worried that Cigna will deny everything. Dr. Randall and his staff state I have all the medical reasons to have this surgery but I'm still concerned. Has anyone had any experience with dealing with Cigna for approval? I see Dr. Randall 1/3/06 and then the office will submit my paperwork. I do have to say I'm frustrated at having to chase down the visits I've had with Dr. Crump as she has not submitted my paperwork to Dr. Randall yet and it's been over 4 months. UGH!!!! Please help calm my nerves a little. Thanks. Lorraine
