HELP --- TRI-STATE TEAMSTERS: TAKE CHARGE PROGRAM

Hi everyone, I was wondering if there is anyone out there that has had to deal with Tri-State Teamsters and their Take Charge Program under the SR plan (Retiree Plan)? I have met many of their requirements (6 out of 7) but I guess what I really want to know is are they tough to work with? I'd appreciate any help you might be able to give me. Thanks in advance Rain
