vacation!! wow moment

I just wanted to share this with others. I have been at Old Orchard Beach, ME for the last few days with my husband and 3 children and since losing 50lbs in two months I have more energy already!! I walked everywhere!! It felt great to not dread having to walk 2 miles to different sites!!

I have to admit I am a bit tired today, but it could have to do with the 3 hour car ride! Pretty soon I am going to be running circle around my husband and kids!

but for now I am going to go take a nice hot bath!

then go to bed

Isn't it great to be able to do all that walking? I know Old Orchard Beach very well. I spent every summer of my childhood there! Now my family just goes there for the first week or so of August. Congrats on the progress you have made and keep up the good work.
