Got my date

I have an appointment on Sept 12 with Dr. Jones @ BIDMC to have my band placed. I am sooooo excited. I do need to have my gallbladder removed first (they fit me in next week). Anyone had this done? How soon will I be back up and moving? Thanks for any info on gallbladder - it scares me more than the band (I don't mind having things put in but I am not sure about taking parts out) Thanks to everyone - this site is so full of good information that my doctor thought I was a nurse.
