Magnesium Citrate and B prep for the big day.........

Well its been about 4 hours since drinking the stuff and I can honestly say its not the way I planned to spend my final day! Its not a pleasant subject to speak of, and well, not a pleasant thing to experience. So for those of you who are preparing..................Make no plans and stock up on TP, you'll need it. I can see why DOc. Kuhn has requested this to be done. Your cleaning yourself out, COMPLETLY!
