Hi Linda. I was just thinking the same thing today. I am proud of me. It is becoming a way of life now. Hope I can keep it up. My other health issues are going along just fine. I am mostly recoved from my breast surgery inh which the doctor removed a very large benign cyst. So I am good to go!!! How are you doing? How's are you doing with the food?
