I am so sorry to hear that you are not feeling well. If I were you I would try to drink jus****er and ice-you don't want to dehydrate- and call the doctors office as soon as they open this morning. do you have a fever? did you take the sugar free ppo(what is this anyway) too fast? I hope you feel better soon. Heidi

Sorry You are not feeling well. ((Huggs)) Try one path of liquids--either clear or non clear--there are a few items in your list could be upsetting your stomach and it will be hard to isolate the offender if you continue to mix them. I would try to stay on clears for today and see how you feel. Then tomorrow add the shake--if then you feel crappy--you've got your culprit. I had used CIB prior to surgery-but immediately after it made me very ill, too. Dietician/Nurse told me the stomach acts different after surgery. Also-for me Popsicles were too cold and bothered me. Could be just one more thing on your tender tummy. If you still feel crappy towards the end of the day(3 ish) then I would put a call into the doc. No need to be miserable. Best to you. Joan

Hope you are feeling better with the cooler day. I think the hot and humid weather can really wreck havoc with our hydration even long after this surgery. When I was on my cruise recently I vomited my way through San Juan, where it was extremely humid (raining!) and in the 90's and almost passed out in a jewelry store in St. Thomas where it was in the 90's. Even though I had been drinking constantly there was a big difference in how I felt on the air conditioned and cool breeze ship and when I was walking around those hot islands. Find something that agrees with your tummy and just focus on that for now. It may be that this weather was just too much for you newly post-op body to handle. Take care and let us know how you are doing., Luann LapRNY 9/14/05 -80
