6 weeks out tuesday

i am 6 weeks out tuesday but am having a hard time getting the protien in i am lactose intollerant and can't seem to take whey protien either i am starting to feel better but i need to get the protien in any ideas

Hi Victoria,, I too am new out just 5 weeks but I was able to tolerate Isopure powder in chocolate. it had 50 grams of protein with two scoops so I only used 1 scoop at a time as we can not absorb 50 gr all at once. Are you able to eat eggs ? I take deli roast and put mayo and S&P on it and roll it up and eat it that way for lunch. Even peanutbutter has protein or nuts..I am allowed to eat nuts as long as I chew them to death. lol.. so i do have those late in the afternoon.. Not many but it gives me added protein. Good luck sue

Hi Victoria, give a call to your dietician to see if she can give you recommendations. That is what they are there for. Use her services so you will be able to get your required protein, and be program compliant! Best to you--Joan F.
