Isn't this journey just too wonderful. I am 19 weeks out and I have lost 76 pounds. I am so thakful that I made this decision to take back my life. Keep up the great job there Debbie.

You go Girl!!! I am from So Deerfield and will be having surgery with Dr. Haag @ Baystate within a month, no date yet.I know that the path I've chosen is the right one for me & I can hardly wait!
Down 40 pounds, how cool is that!!!! What have you eaten to attain such a high number of pounds? I am 2 weeks out and down 15 so far. Is this not the best thing we have ever done???? Keep up the good work.
