Maura, I met with the nutritionist at BWH. It is not scary at all............. I told her not to weigh me... I got a way with it. Take care, Theresa

Good luck, Maura! Is this your first weight check? If so, it's ok. This is the baseline on which your future weight will be measured, so if it's high just think how much more impressive your future weight loss will be! Take care. Mary Ellen
