vomitting lately a lot

i am 8 months post op and started vomitting after i eat lately i dont vomit a lot but more like dry heaves anyone else have this problem i know i have been under a lot of stress and not eating what i should be but i am tired of getting sick to my stomach please help nancy

I say call your doctor. Do you have asthma? Do you have a strong gag reflex? I have both and find that if I begin to gag I just dry heave away. Sometimes I vomit also. But I know the cause as this did happen to me before surgery. I also begin to dry heave if I cough alot, this is where the asthma comes into play. This is not a nice thing to have happen. What are you eating? If you are putting food into your pouch that the pouch does not like could this be the problem. Are you rushing with your eating? Try keep a journal to see if you can find a common cause to the problem. Good luck Monica

Hi Nancy, It might be worth a call to Dr Robinson's office. Maybe just talk to one of the PA's about your symptoms.
