Optifast program

Hi, Does anyone know if there is a clinic or hospital in Mass. that does the optifast program, preferably near Worcester? My nutritionist at UMASS recommended it, but doesn't think UMASS offers it. I have to wait several months for my RNY surgery, so she thought this would be a good option since I want to lose weight prior to surgery. Also, has anyone had any experience with Nutri-system? I'm trying to keep a documented weight loss program for my insurance and also my blood sugar was a little high and I don't want to go down the diabetes road. Thanks, Karen
