Atkins Advantage Shake?

Anyone know if these are good? They are 20g protein, 5g total Carbs w/Sugar being 1G. My big concern is calories from fat, total calories is 170 but from fat is 80. Anyone know what ratio is good fat to total?

I did try them pre op and did not like the taste at all. For the most part I am not at all that picky but it did not agree with me. Good Luck Hugs Loretta

My favorite shake of any I've tasted is the Atkins Chocolate Royale in a can. It's the most "decadent" flavor by far. It's also the highest fat shake I've tried, but in a good low-carb low-fat daily diet, it's a fine choice. It says "calories per gram as 9 fat, 4 carb, 4 protein"... I know that's tipped a little too high in the fat.. I think it's supposed to be something like 30% Fat/30% carb/40% protein? It's day two of liquids for me. I use them all the time when i can not seem to get enought protein and fluids in i as well like the Chocholate royal mmmm so delish put it over ice it is good that is what got me thru the first two weeks after my surgery cause i could not do the carnation instant breakfast good luck nancy
