I hate plateaus!
I have hit my 2nd plateau in 10 weeks. I know they don't last long, but they are so frustrating. I am 54lbs down and really want to crack 75.
I haven't gotten to the point where I can ignore the scale, at least I only do it once a day now. But seeing no movement can be so aggravating when you are doing all the right things, including working out.
