I am 2 months today, it gets easier. You will do great. I wasn't hungry just had to break the bored eating cravings. I still struggle a bit there. I am down 51 lbs and am so glad I did it. Good Luck!!

Joanne, you will do very well. Just follow the rules and you will be losing and eating and feeling wonderful about yourself. I am 7 weeks out and loving my new self. Preparation is key, just takes a few minutes, and I am all set for my day. Having the correct foods on hand makes this new life easier to plan for. Also carry with me protein bars or cheese sticks to help me out when not home. I am lucky that I have a nice kitchen at work to store my milk, cheese, pudding, etc. Tuna in a pouch is also a nice easy food to prepare and enjoy. I sip water all day and my skin is not winter flaky yet. Good luck Monica
