Isn't it amazing what a difference the water makes! I struggled today...got about 40 oz in. Tommorrow's another day

I did better today, downed about 46oz, better than the last few days. But I feel like I am filled to the brim. OK so tomorrow I will target that 64oz. I amy slush when I walk.
